In January 2019, the agricultural pest control system developed by Okeqi for the customer in Yichang, Hubei Province was successfully accepted. The observation instrument of agricultural and forestry crop diseases and insects mainly helps us understand whether there is a series of problems such as whether there are diseases and insects in the agricultural and forestry planting process, and how to control them. Okochi develops solutions to effectively detect and monitor the entire ecological process. It enables customers to cultivate crops in a preventive and targeted manner, reducing the loss and damage caused by external pests.
The system mainly consists of three parts: intelligent insect detection light, intelligent spore trap and field microclimate monitoring station.
The new generation of intelligent insect detection lamp uses modern optical, electrical and numerical control technology to realize the functions of far-infrared automatic processing of insect body, automatic conversion of insect bag, automatic operation of the whole lamp and so on. In the case of unsupervision, it can automatically complete system operations such as insect trapping, pesticide, collection, dispensing, and drainage. A variety of sensor interfaces such as wind speed and direction, ambient temperature and humidity, and illumination can be added, and data can be uploaded through GPRS to monitor the relationship between the environment and pests and diseases.
The intelligent spore trapper can effectively capture all kinds of spores, detect pathogenic spores and pollen dust particles with air flow and infection, and is mainly used to monitor the stock of disease spores and their spread dynamics, and provide reliable data for predicting and preventing disease epidemic and infection. The equipment contains a high-magnification microscope, using precision limit technology, automatic intelligent focusing technology, 3G wireless transmission control technology and other high-tech means.
Field microclimate observatories provide meteorological data for this pest control system. The OK-TQ10 field microclimate observation station used in this project can conduct all-weather on-site monitoring of meteorological elements such as wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, air temperature, air humidity, light intensity, soil temperature, soil moisture, evaporation, and atmospheric pressure. It can be connected to the computer through the professional supporting data collection communication line, and the data can be transmitted to the meteorological database of the meteorological computer for statistical analysis and processing.
The data links of all parts of this agricultural pest control system are centralized on the same platform, which can be controlled remotely, comprehensively displayed in the background, and analyzed by data. It is believed that the implementation of this agricultural pest control system will greatly improve the local level of agricultural pest control and escort the harvest of agriculture.
