The Institute of Pomology, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences is a provincial public welfare scientific research institution, founded in 1963, mainly engaged in tropical South Asian tropical fruit tree cultivation technology, new variety breeding, germplasm resources collection, preservation and innovative utilization, biotechnology and fruit preservation, storage and processing and other public welfare scientific research technology research, achievement transformation and technology promotion services and other professional work.
