2、 Function Description
A wind direction sensor is a physical device that detects and senses external wind direction information through the rotation of the wind direction arrow, transmits it to a coaxial encoder, and outputs corresponding wind direction related values. The wind direction sensor can measure the near ground wind direction in outdoor environments. The direction indicated by the tail pointer of the sensor swing blade is the wind direction, and the rotation of the swing blade is 360 °. Therefore, the wind direction is expressed in degrees (0 ° -359 °). It is widely used in fields such as meteorology, ocean, environment, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, electricity, scientific research, and is usually used in conjunction with wind speed sensors.
