2、 Function Description

The carbon dioxide sensor is developed based on the principle of far-infrared absorption and is suitable for fast and online measurement. The sensor adopts the Absorption band with the strongest carbon dioxide -4 26um infrared is used as a light source for absorbance, which can effectively avoid interference from water vapor in this area. Infrared CO2 analysis is a method of measuring the changes in CO2 during photosynthesis by detecting the absorption of 4.26um spectrum by CO2. The 4.26um infrared light absorbed by CO2 is related to its absorption coefficient (e), gas concentration (c), and measured gas chamber length (L), and follows Lambert Beer's law: In (Eo/E)=eLC. Since the design process of the measuring instrument determines Eo (incident light intensity) and L (gas chamber length), s is the absorption coefficient, and E (outgoing light intensity) has a corresponding relationship with C (measured gas concentration). By measuring E, the CO2 concentration can be calculated. The sensor adopts a multi-point calibration curve to effectively solve the deviation of the actual absorption curve from the Lambert Beer curve at high concentrations.
