2、 Function Description
The temperature and humidity sensor is a composite sensor that contains three parameters: temperature, humidity, and dew point, which have been calibrated for digital signal output. It applies industrial CMOS process microfabrication technology (CMOS ens) to ensure high reliability and excellent long-term stability of the product. The sensor includes a capacitive polymer humidity measuring element and a bandgap temperature measuring element, and is seamlessly connected to a 14 bit A/D converter and serial interface circuit on the same chip. Therefore, this product has the advantages of excellent quality, sensitive response, strong anti-interference ability, and high cost-effectiveness. Each sensor is calibrated in an extremely accurate humidity calibration room. The calibration coefficients are stored in memory in the form of a program, and the sensor needs to call these calibration coefficients during the signal processing process.
